This year, BFSA implemented a monthly themed programming model, launching events focused on community building, wellness, and celebration, with early steps toward professional development programming. From a fall Meet & Greet that drew 30 attendees to a spring Celebration social with 24 guests, BFSA demonstrated consistent engagement and growing momentum throughout the year.

Key highlights include the Black Excellence Panel in February, featuring distinguished guests Ed Brown (Chief of Staff, 麻豆原创 Denver), Marlene Price (Trajectory Consultant / Adjunct Faculty), and Dr. Everett Cordy (Affiliate Faculty). As well as the launch of the Black Wellness sessions “As I Am” Women’s Wellness Session led by Dr. Tricia Hudson in March, and 鈥淏rothers in Balance鈥 Men鈥檚 Wellness session led by Bobby King in May.
